My work

Masterworks
Lorene's signature collection is her aquarelle Masterworks, created using a layering technique to achieve the depth and realism of the great oil Master painters (pictured top left: Fig in Repose No. 2).
Masterwork Prints: Limited Masterwork giclee prints, using archival ink are available. Please inquire for details.Camp Collection
Lor's Camp Collection is inspired by summers in New England: the Maine Coast, Connecticut countryside, and Cape Cod (left: Camp Collection: Lure No. 3).
Botanicals & Landscapes
Her botanical aquarelles are reminiscent of spring and summer in London (left: ; English pea and _ Copper Maran Egg in Nest), and landscapes from far-reaching places (left: Garden Walk, Bath, England_; and Desert Dreams, Chimayo, New Mexico ).
Bespoke Block Printing
Block printing is an ancient technique, originating no less than 4,000 years ago. To pay homage to the founding artisans, Lorene sculpts original block prints by hand. She applies hand-tinted paints to these moulds and presses each mould using a block printing press she handcrafted from a 14th century design. The entire block printing manufacturing process is artisanal and authentic at every stage.
